Amuseum Parks Inc. (Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Directors: Takaaki Kamei and Akihiro Mabuchi), which develops IP and operates the Art Aquarium® business, has signed a license agreement with Shenzhen Mile Media Technology Co., Ltd. (Nanshan District, Shenzhen; CEO Mi Xin) and will open "Art Aquarium SHENZHEN" in Shenzhen (China) on September 15, 2024. This expansion into China is positioned as part of the overseas expansion of the Art Aquarium® business.

Since its launch in Tokyo in 2007, ART AQUARIUM® has been held annually as a limited-time event in various parts of Japan, and has become a familiar "summer tradition" in Tokyo, where it is especially popular in the summer.

In August 2020, it opened in Nihonbashi, Tokyo (Chuo-ku, Tokyo) as its first permanent art museum, and then moved to Ginza, Tokyo (inside Ginza Mitsukoshi, Chuo-ku, Tokyo) in May 2022. It is an art museum IP that has attracted a total of 12 million visitors (as of August 2024). Starting with the Shenzhen opening, we plan to actively expand our overseas business.
